Each cake tier is four layers of sponge filled with three layers of filling.  As standard each tier stands 5 to 5.5" tall, and is wrapped in chocolate ganache and fondant icing or buttercream.  All of our cakes are filled with a combination of swiss meringue buttercream, nut pralines, curds, jams, caramels, fruit purees, and more, all made by hand in our studio.

Lemon Blueberry & Cream Cheese
